• The port is located near the entrance to the Canal from Port Said in the residential area on the west bank of the Suez Canal in the northern entrance.
• The port affiliation was transferred to “The General Authority for Fish Resources Development” from Port Said Ports Authority on 9/7/2000 east of Port Said Governorate.
• The site is surrounded by breakwaters to protect boats and is a site close to the Port Said port opening to facilitate the entry and exit of fishing boats.
