According to IMO resolutions in its (46) session the committee obliged the contacting governments to establish a Maritime Single window (MSW) for ports affiliated to contacting governments; where such amendment concerns FAL convention obligatory entrance into force as from January 2024.

And within the framework of activating the organization resolution, the Maritime Transport sector has coordinated with the port authorities for the establishment of Arab Republic of Egypt MSW:” htpp://egy-msw.gov.eg”

Yes, every navigational agency can have more than one electronic signature module, where the system connects them to the navigational agency which they are affiliated to.
