Nuweiba seaport continues to receive pilgrims coming from the Sacred lands; hajj, where the port has received 1912 pilgrim on board of 49 bus coming from Jordan Aqaba port

The ferry Ayla has also arrived on board of which 864 pilgrim and 21 bus, followed by the two ferries Sina and Queen Nefertiti with total pilgrims 1048 and 28 bus amid strict organizational procedures and complete cooperation  between all concerned bodies to guarantee rapid accomplishment of procedures and smoothness of pilgrims’ entry to Egyptian lands.

Admiral Mohamed Abd Elrheem, head of Red Sea port authority has stressed on the importance of complete coordination between the port’s administrations and all entities working in the port’s community, in order to facilitate pilgrims’ traffic and rapid accomplishment of Passports and inspection procedures and follow up of all works and providing with required first aid and medical services inside the port, and pointing out that the return of pilgrims process is going with complete flexibility without any complaints and with commitment to provide with all facilities and suitable organized secure environment for pilgrims
