Within the period 29February – 29 March, 2024 there was the proposal of Egypt state supporting the Maritime Transport & Logistics Sector (MTS) and developing Egyptian ports, suggested to vote for on Information center and Decision- making” platform, where 96% of participating voters saw the priority of this at recent time whereas 100% saw the state participation essential and also 96% voters showed their satisfaction concerning the State’s developing of the maritime transport sector and raising the efficiency of Egyptian ports.

Worth noting that all voters has praised the state’s exerted efforts in developing maritime ports through increasing the number of berths and the establishment of multi- purpose terminals, leading to the increase of Egyptian maritime transport competitiveness  compared with neighboring countries.  Hence participating in attracting local and foreign investments and making of Egypt a global  center for transport and logistics.
