Egypt is seeking localization of yachts’ industry in order to attract  yacht tourism and developing ports participates to a great extent in achieving such goal. This was declared during the Press conference held by ministries of transport and industry , held to announce date and effectiveness of sixth session of international transport conference and exhibition  Trans MEA 2025, and the first session of industry  international conference and exhibition at the New Administrative Capital/Egypt.

  Worth noting that the government has issued license for a factory for iron plates used in vessels and boats manufacturing; in a step that aims at supporting vessels’ manufacture locally and providing with Egyptian market manufacture inputs , hence enhancing maritime transport sector and maritime tourism.
