Commercial Centre at Cruise Terminal

• Supporting global tourism, attracting cruise ships, and increasing investment returns.

Project Description:

• • The commercial center is located at the tourist passenger terminal inside the Port of Alexandria in the eastern side of the western harbor.
  • The total area available for the investor is approximately 34,538 m² (the commercial mall + the surrounding area).
  • The total area on which the commercial center building at the tourist passenger terminal in the Port of Alexandria is constructed is approximately 8725 m².
  • The commercial center at the passenger terminal includes 107 shops/offices, 5 restaurants, and 3 cafeterias on three floors.
  • The commercial center building is divided horizontally into three sectors A, B, C, and it has been designed to be an architectural façade reflecting the heritage, authenticity, and history of the city of Alexandria, representing a tourist and investment attraction for the area.
