Project Objective:
Providing all services and carrying out maintenance and repairs for tourist yachts , and it will be an addition to the cruise ports on the Red Sea coast as it possesses all fundamental enticing aspects of tourism
Project description:
- Filling up the eastern area of the port to gain a piece of land area of 15,300 m².
- Establishing a basin contains yacht lifting crane with a capacity of 200 tons, and 75 m dock attached with depth of 4.5 m Exposed Terminals for yacht maintenance and repair services with a nearly total area of 2,000 m².
- A quay with a length of 80 m and a depth of 4.5 m.
- With a proposed backyard for yacht maintenance and repair service. An acquired area of 3750 m².
- A floating berth 80 meters long and another 70 meters long for yacht mooring, along with a 3,750 m² tourism service building.
