Damietta port media center has issued a statement declaring that the port has received during past 24 hours 3 vessels whereas 5 other departed, also total number of vessels existing at the port number existing in the port is 27 vessel; amongst which liquid gas tanker “KOOL TIGER” that flies Liberia flag and of length reaching 290m and of width 46m and is to unload a shipment reaching 71750 ton of liquefied gas after its anchorage successfully beside the floating unit ENERGOS WINTER in order to start the process of the shipment transport and unloading on berths of UGDC Co.
Export traffic of general cargo has reached 34622 ton, whereas import traffic has reached 54671ton and transit containers number 3826TEU
On the other hand, grains and yield stock at the port for the public sector 58689 wheat ton, whereas private sector stock is 34881 ton, also 3 trains have departed of total tonnage 4005 wheat ton going towards Tanta and Shobra silos, whereas shipment traffic entrance and departure 5555 traffic.
