Project objectives:

• Maximizing handling capacity and storage areas of Alexandria Port.
• Activating role of river transport.
• Maximizing rail transport capabilities by connecting to existing railway lines at the Port of Alexandria.
• Enhancing the economic position and logistical importance of Alexandria Governorate at both the national and international levels through the value-added projects planned for implementation within the framework of this project.
