Prime minister / Dr. Mustafa Madbouly has inaugurated a number of projects at West Port Said Port and witnessed presentations for the first phase of the port development plan and most important projects of which are;; New Horizon factory and the liquefied bulk terminal affiliated to “ New Horizon Tank Terminal Co.“ which enhances West Port Said role being a logistic center and supports chemical and petroleum sector service; participating in raising the efficiency of port and increases its competitiveness regionally and internationally.  And opens the field in front of new investments in industries related to transport, storage and liquids’ handling, and the terminal will have its effective role in international supply chains as this project is considered an example for integration between private investment an governmental development of infra-structure and operational services.

Also Madbouly inaugurated the two projects “Roots” and “Sky for ports and this project is considered one of the important  strategic projects concerned with grains’ storage and trade; where it includes a clean dry bulk terminal that extends on an area of 267 thousand square meter and includes a berth of length 500m and production capacity of the terminal reaches 6 million ton annually with total investment reaching 2.2 milliard pounds and provides with 500job opportunity and with storage capacity 100 thousand ton and unloading capacity 1200 ton/ hour and with a total cost reaching one milliard pounds

 Moreover Prime minister inaugurated “Abbass berth after its development and raising its capabilities, also he inaugurated a number of silos at the port.
