Damietta port authority media center has mentioned in a Press release that general cargo export traffic has reached 250044 ton whereas  general cargo import traffic  is 48801 ton .

Damietta port has received 12 vessel whereas 15 vessel have departed, and total number of containers and general cargo vessels at port is 26 vessel

 On the other hand, containers’ export traffic is 759 TEU and imported containers 198TEU whereas transit container number  is 832 TEU.

Moreover, grains and yield public sector wheat stock in port  is 85679 ton, and its stock for private sector is 48186.Also two trains, of total tonnage 2411 wheat ton, have departed towards Kalubeya silos, and entrance of shipments traffic reached 48186 ton and departure 3576 traffic.
