According to the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. (928) of 2018 issued on 26 /11/2018Service Pricing Decree
  1. Steering request for one vessel containing 2 cargoes (wheat corn) required to be discharged in one port – calculated as (2) Steering undertakings.
  2. Steering request for one vessel containing 2 cargoes (wheat corn) required to be discharged in 2 ports. Calculated as (2) Steering undertakings.
  3. Steering request for one vessel containing 2 cargoes (wheat corn) required to be discharged in one port. Calculated as (1) Steering undertaking.
  4. Steering request for one vessel containing 2 cargoes (wheat corn) for two different destinations, required to be discharged in one port. (Calculated as (1) Steering undertaking.
  5. The Steering undertaking is not charged if it is canceled within 48 hours from the date of the Steering undertaking.
  6. The modification on which the financial appraisal is carried out upon is the modification of the port of discharge only.

Incoming Vessels for the benefit of The General Authority For Supply Commodities (GASC) are exempted from routing or re-routing fees

A copy of the ship’s registration certificateRequired Documents

– Please kindly take into account that when submitting an electronic request (routing / registration) for a vessel carrying cargoes of one type belonging to more than one importing party and those required to be discharged in one port only, this should be within a single routing request to rectify any accounting errors.

Steering requests for shipping agencies that have not paid their claims for two consecutive months will not be accepted.
