According to the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. (28) of 2022Service Pricing Decree
  1. Receiving applications from companies and individual ship owners through the electronic portal platform.
  2. Reviewing applications and ensure that they satisfied all required document
  3. Producing an electronic invoice of the fiscal dues for issuing the permit.
  4. Doing due diligence o issue permits and acquire related endorsement by the Head of the Maritime Transport Sector.
  5. All permits shall be stamped with the emblem of the ARE.
  6. Sending permits electronically via e-mail to the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to conclude the rest of the procedures.

  2. Letter of inspection of the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety
  3. The national number (owner/owners/agent)
  4. Commercial registration card (for companies)
  5. Tax registration card (for companies)
  6. Power of attorney / authorization (if any)
  7. Navigational permit
  8. Chain of ownership
