According to the provisions of Ministerial Decrees No. 28 /2022  on Services PricingService Pricing Decree
  1. Referring and following up companies and ship owners’ applications to obtain the Armed Forces Operations Authority approvals for ships and marine units marine operations.
  2. Ratifying the approvals of the Armed Forces Operations Authority and sensing letters declaring the approval of the Maritime Transport & Logistics Sector to the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety.
  3. Referring and following up diving and commercial diving companies applications to obtain security approvals to the Armed Forces Operations Authority to carry out diving and marine survey work.
Service Type
  1. An application submitted by the company or owner.
  2. Shipping license in case of marine units.
  3. Unit/ship registration certificate.
  4. The commercial registry record in case of companies.
  5. The former approval of the Armed Forces Operations Authority in the event of a request for renewal of the approval.
  6. A copy of the certificate declaring the attainment of a wireless station license.
  7. A copy of the approval of the Armed Forces Operations Authority in the event of requesting the Maritime Transport & Logistics Sector to direct an endorsement letter to the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety
