| In reference to the decisions of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) through the Facilitation Committee at its 46th session to oblige the contracting governments to establish a single maritime window MSW for ports of the contracting government, as this amendment to the FAL Convention enters into force compulsorily in January 2024, and within the framework of activating the decisions of the organization, the maritime transport sector, in coordination with the port authorities, established a single maritime window for the Arab Republic of Egypt https://egy-msw.mts.gov.eg and training was conducted for trainers of shipping agencies from the officials of Port authorities in the period from 19-20/2/2024, who in turn trained shipping agencies in the period from 17-21/3/2024, then the shipping agencies worked on the test environment for the single sea window system in the period from 24-29/3/2024 so that the executing company of the project, “Integrated Ports Solutions Company, fulfilled the observations on the system made by shipping agencies and port authorities in the period from 1-9/4/2024. | Service Description |
