And showing that investment in training and qualifying technical and maritime cadres is always one of the important factors to maintain national fleet efficiency and enhance its ability to compete internationally, in addition to the great importance of the marketing sector in increasing the financial revenues.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=sv-page>\t\t<section class=\"sv-section\" style=\"
