Construction, Management, and Operation of 850 m Quay for dry bulk trade

Project objective:

Enhancing the competitiveness of Damietta Port by increasing the capacity for handling and storing grains in order to meet the increasing demand for these commodities.

Project Description:

– Berths	:	850 m.
– Depth	:	18 m.
– Hinterland	:	270,000 SQM (included silos, warehouses)
– Grain Industrial Zone	:	The terminal will be the waterfront of an industrial zone of about one million square meters, comprising value-added activities for grains.
– Handling Capacity	:	3.5 million tons/year.
– Storage Capacity	:	6 million tons/year.
