Taking into account the following constrains
- Sovereignty.
- Environment.
- Safety.
- Taking into consideration the previous preparation and the announcement of all modification
in legislation.
- Taking into consideration logistics and value added industries.
- Complying with resolutions and laws of maritime international society specially
IMO, and all conventions and resolutions signed or will be signed by the government
of Egypt, considering that Maritime Transport Sector is a worldwide unique sector
in view of IMO and all adhered countries capabilities of implementing its regulations
and laws ( PSC VTS ISPS STCW GMDSS MARPOL SOLAS).
- The port is not an outlet or a storehouse, it is a passage, it is one of the multimodal
transport linked with other means of transport.
