The Follow-up of Executing the Recommendations of Transport and Communication ministers of COMESA meeting, within the period from 11 to 15 September 2005 in Sharm El Sheikh

1- In forming the COMESA with the names of the forming committee to put Tor.

  The secretary of COMESA has been  informed, including representing Egypt in this process.

2- Preparing the MOU of establishing the company and sending it to the legal council of COMESA to revise it and submit the draft to the council.

  The note project which the Maritime Transport Sector proposed has been delivered to COMESA secretary during the meetings of Sharm El Sheikh and COMESA has been informed to give us its opinion about it.

3- Forming teamwork to establish a maritime services line for COMESA.

 Secretary of COMESA has been  informed to harmonize with the  representatives of (Kenia – Sudan - Ethubia).

4- Preparing the economic feasibility study to establish the company to be adopted in the executive Council of COMESA.

  The follow-up will be done with COMESA after publishing Tor universally.

5- Forming teamwork to put the legal for (establishment contract) of the company.

  Maritime Transport Sector will follow up the executive steps with the secretary.
